It is not possible to get rid of large nose pores completely because they are natural. However, one will find that their ways to minimize them to a large extent. In this article, we are going to look at various ways of dealing with the problem.

Cleansing

This is not overrated as one might be led to think. Cleansing the face in the morning and evening is the least you can do if you want to reduce the size of the pores. When cleaning, one should pay much more attention to the nose since this one the main areas you are interested in. When cleansing the face, one should do a little scrubbing. Some people go overboard with the scrubbing and actually end up causing more harm than good. In fact it is not advisable to do the scrubbing more than twice a day. The excessive scrubbing mere irritates the skin. It may also lead to dehydration.

Toning the skin

Once you are done with the cleansing, the next step to minimize the large nose pores is to use a toner. One does not need to buy one as it can be made at home. For instance, one can use tomato juice mixed with warm honey. The mixture is applied on the skin and left there for a few minutes. Then this is followed by rinsing the skin well. Green tea is also a good option as it is a natural remedy for large nose pores. All that you will be required to do is to spritz the skin with the green and you will be good to go.

Exfoliation

Removing dead skin cells and bacteria from the nose is best done through exfoliation. One is only required to use locally available scrub such as one made using chamomile and oatmeal. These two food ingredients make a very formidable mixture. This mixture is applied on the nose and massaged gently.  Then one rinses the nose with warm water. Of course it is important to first leave it on the nose for a few minutes before rinsing.

Steam

The use of steam is perhaps one of the best ways to deal with the large nose pores. The steam unclogs the clogged pores. The steam is not just ordinary water but a mixture of peppermint oil and water which is put to boil. A clean towel is draped on the head and then one leans over the steaming mixture. It works wonders and in a matter of minutes, you will begin to see changes. However, just like with other methods of treating large nose pores, this should not be overdone. In fact doing it once a week is sufficient. Exceeding it might prove to be counterproductive.

Out of the methods discussed above, you will find that there will be one or two which will work best with you. One can try each one of them independently till you find the one that is most suited for you. They are all natural so one should not be afraid to try.
